  FAQ

What are All-Star cheer levels?

In the all-star cheer world, to keep our athletes on age and skill appropriate teams, the USASF has created a level scale that all-star teams compete on. This governs how we place our athletes on our teams. Click here to see the chart that we follow when we place athletes on our teams.

What should my athlete wear for practice?

Athletes should wear either pulse cheer wear or black/red/white fitted t-shirt, tank tops, or sports bra and cheer shorts (with briefs underneath) or cheer briefs. Athlete's hair should be up with a cheer bow and only cheer shoes should be worn in the practice area.

Our practice uniform is to give our teams unity and make sure that all athletes are dressed appropriately to perform the task asked of them.

How many times will my athlete compete?

Competitions will depend on your athletes cheer and age level. We try to give our athletes as many times to perform and compete as possible. When compeition season comes around a tiny level team may compete about once a month where a sr. level 2 or 3 team may compete as much as 3 or 4 times a month. The 2014-2015 competition schedule and payment schedule can be found on THE PULSE.
